  Changed my order cause they couldn't do it as advertised, was not contacted. Arrived to collect order met with we couldn't do that so we made this instead.

  Horrible, horrible customer service. The lady who dispatches the orders doesn't listen to direction well at all and is very rude. I told her delivery, she asked for my address then rushed me off of the phone before getting my number. Hours later I had to call them back. When I called back she told that her driver came then later switched her story to I did not give her an address to deliver to. Rude people.

  I never get the same order twice. I order the same things but it is never consistent. Very impressed with my fried dumplings last night. Never had them like such. Will gladly post a PICTURE later. But my beef & broccoli, sub snowpeas WAS very disturbing. I order many things so I can have lunch the next day, so how totally I was disgutted that it had carrots,mushrooms, celery everything but brocc. NOT what I ordered. In the past lite broccoli or sub snow peas. This is not the first time I've reordered something for it to be totally different. Was ready to return it, but there hubs said no. (Guess it's my fault) Maybe I need to reorder the crap ragoons (Wontons) maybe they will be better than the first time. But maybe I'll try other places first. Not impressed!!! Time to move ..... No more delivery.

  We've been using this place to deliver to us for years and usually don't have an issue. Being a mechanic, it's not always the case that we can puck up the food. Today, I ordered a lunch meal to be delivered with a price of $6.25 on the menu but quote me $10 to deliver 0.3 miles away....they could walk it here if they needed to. The lady had the nerve to give me attitude when I questioned her about the 3.75 upcharge which wouldn't include a tip for the driver. Wtg China Express. The 4 or 5 times a week we order from you stops now.
